Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at RaggaNats The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME

Once you have placed your order, RaggaNats takes 1-3 business days to package and ship your order.  Business days are Mondays to Fridays.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery as delays may occur.

Standard orders ship within 7 business days, but orders may ship the same day.

Standard shipping is 1–7 days after shipment.

If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier first, then customerservice@ragganats.com for assistance.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FEES

International Shipping — US$35.00 and up.

Local Post Office Delivery — US$2.00

Knutsford Express — US$4.50

Direct Delivery — US$3.50

Pickup (in Jamaica) – FREE

Free shipping for orders over $150.00 USD

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Though there should not be any additional charges once your order arrives in your country, RaggaNats is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

RaggaNats will keep you updated via email, and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Still have a question? Email us at customerservice@ragganats.com

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact customerservice@ragganats.com right away. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to alter the address for you in some situations. If your order is returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded after we get notification that it has been returned/received. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable. For more information, contact customer service.

 

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

If your package is being held up by your carrier, get in touch with them right away because they may require particular instructions on where to deliver your item. The carrier may need to alter your address in some situations, which could result in an extra charge. RaggaNats is not liable for any additional charges incurred as a result of an address change. Request that the carrier keep the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up to avoid paying additional fees.

 

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED/LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Please contact customerservice@ragganats.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
