ZipMail (Jamaica): Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - $600.00JMD
ZipMail is a local shipping solution offered by Jamaica Post that facilitates island wide delivery of mail and packages in Jamaica. If you select ZipMail as your delivery method, after your purchase payment has been confirmed, your package will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours. Following the shipping off your package, you will be notified of the tracking number and receipt via email or via WhatsApp. ZipMail packages are usually delivered to your designated postal facility within 1-3 business days.
Knutsford Express (Jamaica): Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - $700.00JMD
Knutsford Express Courier is a courier service offered by Knutsford Express, a transportation company based in Jamaica. This courier service extends the company's expertise in transportation to handle package deliveries across the island. If you select Knutsford Express as your delivery method, after your purchase payment has been confirmed, your package will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours. Following the shipping off your package, you will be notified of the tracking number and receipt via email or via WhatsApp. Knutsford Express packages are usually delivered to your designated Knutsford Express facility within 48 hours. The $700.00JMD payment for your package should be paid to Knutsford Express upon collection.
Direct Delivery (Jamaica): Mondays to Saturdays
RaggaNats utilizes multiple local (Jamaican) delivery courier services to deliver your packages directly to you, whether it be to your office or home, in Jamaica. If you select Direct Delivery as your delivery method, after your purchase payment has been confirmed, your package will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours. Following the shipping off your package, you will be notified via email or via WhatsApp, where you will be able to arrange your delivery time and date. Direct Delivery packages are usually delivered to within 24 hours.
Direct Delivery (International): Mondays to Saturdays
RaggaNats utilizes DHL Express to deliver our packages to you across the world. DHL is one of the world's largest logistics companies, providing international express mail services, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. DHL Express specializes in time-definite delivery services for documents, parcels, and freight shipments, serving customers in over 220 countries and territories worldwide. If you select Direct Delivery (International) as your delivery method, after your purchase payment has been confirmed, your package will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours. Following the shipping off your package, you will be notified via email of your tracking number. Standard shipping is 1–7 days after shipment.
If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier first, then customerservice@ragganats.com for assistance.
Pickup (Jamaica): Mondays to Saturdays | 8:00AM TO 5:00PM - FREE
Your RaggaNats packages can be picked up at Clifton District, Bernard Lodge, Portmore, St. Catherine. If you select Pickup as your delivery method, after your purchase payment has been confirmed, your package will be processed, packaged, and will be available for pickup within 48 hours. When your package is available for pickup, you will be notified via email or via WhatsApp, where you will be able to arrange your pickup time and date. Packages not collected within 5 business days will be cancelled.
Once your payment has been authorized and verified, all orders undergo a processing period, which is distinct from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination after being collected from our warehouse by our contracted carriers. This processing time applies to all orders, including Direct Deliveries, Pickups, Knutsford Express, and ZipMail. Please note that orders may take up to three (3) business days to process after payment confirmation. It's important to keep in mind that this timeframe is an estimate and does not encompass weekends or holidays.

RAGGANATS SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY
RaggaNats guarantees the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, stolen, or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
Though there should not be any additional charges once your order arrives in your country, RaggaNats is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RAGGANATS REFUND POLICY
We recommend waiting at least 90 days to notice results because hair development is a process. However, if you are unhappy with the goods or it has come damaged and you would want your money back, please provide us proof via email to customerservice@ragganats.com. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if we determine that the case warrants a refund. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@ragganats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
